Giselle, Rusalka Dancing In The Moonlight started off 2012 with a thrilling BEST PUPPY IN SHOW at the Central Iowa KC on January 21. Brother Tully, Rusalka Fly Me To The Moon was awarded Best Bred-by and Bred-by Hound Group 1 on January 22. We were honored to receive WD and WB or better on both days!

NEW Champion: Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words was Best of Winners for a major to complete his title at Canadian Valley KC in Oklahoma, 11-18-2011. Our last show weekend of 2011.

Giselle, Rusalka Dancing In The Moonlight was awarded WB at the Cornhusker KC and picked up another two points at the Canadian Valley KC show.

Tully, Rusalka Fly Me To The Moon was awarded WD, BOW, and BOS at the Mason City KC. He was BOW, BOS at the Cornhusker KC show and BOW at Platte Valley KC.

Tully, Rusalka Fly Me To The Moon, and Giselle, Rusalka Dancing In The Moonlight were awarded two points each at the Rochester, KC shows.

Lily, Rusalka Good Karma was awarded WB at the Des Moines KC and Mason City KC, bringing her total up to eight points, one major.

Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words was Best of Winners for two more points at the Des Moines KC.

Emma, GCh. Rusalka What's The Magic Word was awarded two Selects at the AWC supported Amana cluster to finish her Grand Championship!

Our "Moon" litter puppies made their debut at just six months of age at the AWC supported Amana cluster. Giselle, Rusalka Dancing in the Moonlight was BISweeps, Winners Bitch for a major, Best Puppy, and Puppy Hound Group 1st! Brother Tully, Rusalka Fly Me To The Moon, was BOS in Sweeps and RWD on Monday. Sister Kendall, Rusalka Moonstone Mystique, was RWB on Saturday! The pups are off to a great start.

Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words was Best of Breed over three specials at the Racine KC and won the Bred-by Exhibitor dog class at the AWC North Central Specialty.

New Champion: Fletcher, Ch. Rusalka Vintage True To His Word, completed his AKC bench title and is champion number 5 for Ch. Rusalka Harbor Lights.

MBIF Rusalka Word Of Honor, CGC, SC, FCh, Olive, owned by Jenni and Matt Knutson, completed her ASFA Field Championship on Mother's Day. May 8, 2011!

At the American Whippet Club Eastern supported entry, March, 2011 Emma, Ch. Rusalka What's The Magic Word was awarded Best of Breed in an entry of 77 including some of the Nation's top specials. We are very proud of our lovely girl.

Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words won the Bred-by Exhibitor dog class at the AWC Eastern Specialty.

New Champion: During the winter months we don't tend to travel far to shows, but we're very happy to have made the "early spring" trip to the Wisconsin KC on March 6th where Maya, Ch. Rusalka Just Say The Word completed her title with WB, BOW for 4 points, and BOB over six specials! This was her third major win awarded by breeder-judges. Thank you, whippet specialists Iva Kimmelman, Lori Nelson, and Mary Beth Arthur.

Emma, Ch. Rusalka What's The Magic Word was awarded Best of Breed and a Group 4 at the Council Bluff KC, 11-20-2010, our last show of the year. A nice way to end the season.

MBIF Rusalka Word Of Honor CGC, Olive, owned by Jenni and Matt Knutson, was WB at Council Bluffs KC, 11/20, followed by WB, BOW, BOB at Council Bluff KC on 11/21!

Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words was awarded WD for a 4-point major and BOW at the competitive Fort Wayne Cluster.

Multi-Best In Field Winner Olive, Rusalka Word Of Honor CGC, owned and loved by Jenni and Matt Knutson, garnered her second Best In Field, ASFA Region V Invitational weekend!

New champion! Frost, Ch. Rusalka A Way With Words was awarded BOW both days at the Gray Summit shows, September 25 and 26, to complete his AKC championship.

New champion! Julia, Ch. Rusalka Take My Word For It was awarded a major to finish at the competitive Amana AWC supported cluster, September 3.

Emma, Ch. Rusalka What's The Magic Word was awarded Best of Breed, Group 4, and a Select at the Amana cluster Sept. 3-6.

Maya, Rusalka Just Say The Word was awarded Winners Bitch at the AWC North Central Specialty show, August 27, winning the 5 point major at this specialty two years in a row.

Frost, UKC Ch. Rusalka A Way With Words was awarded BOW for a major at the Topeka KC, August 29.

Emma, Ch. Rusalka What's The Magic Word completed her championship with a 5-point major at the AWC Eastern supported show, June 6, 2010 with Winners Bitch and Best of Winners awards, after taking Reserve Winners Bitch at the AWC Eastern Specialty the day before.

Maya, Rusalka Just Say The Word was awarded Best Bred-By Exhibitor at the AWC Eastern supported show, June 6, 2010.

Julia, Rusalka Take My Word For It won the Open class at the Lone Star Whippet Club Specialty and followed up the next day with a four point major, WB and BOW, at the Fort Worth KC, March 27, 2010.

Frost, UKC Ch. Rusalka A Way With Words completed the requirements for his UKC title on 2-14-2010.

Fletcher, Rusalka Vintage True To His Word was awarded an all-breed Best Puppy In Show at Wright County KC.

Julia, Rusalka Take My Word For It thrilled us with back-to-back Best of Breed awards and a Hound Group 2 at the Des Moines shows over Labor Day weekend. At her final show of 2009 she was WB at the Greater Chicago Whippet Club supported entry.

At the Amana AWC supported show Fletcher, Rusalka Vintage True To His Word was awarded Best In Sweepstakes and his sister, Julia, Rusalka Take My Word Fot It was Best Opposite in Sweeps. Brother Dylan, Rusalka Too Cool For Words, was selected for Reserve Winners Dog.

Ian, Rusalka Let The Games Begin was awarded WD for a five-point major at the St. Croix Valley show, AWC North Central weekend!

Julia, Rusalka Take My Word Fot It, Fletcher, Rusalka Vintage True To His Word, and Frost, Rusalka A Way With Words were all pointed on their first weekend out at six months of age. Frost outdid his littermates by garnering a 4 point major!

Ian, Rusalka Let The Games Begin, was awarded WD and BOW both days at the Key City KC shows, May '09, picking up a major win.

Harrison, Select Ch. Oxford Victory At Rusalka, was awarded 1st Select Award of Merit at the 2008 AWC North Central Specialty. He completed his championship on 11-20-05 with a Best of Breed and a Group 3!

Harbor, Rusalka Harbor Lights, finished with WB/BOW/BOB at Lawrence Jayhawk, 10-14-07.

Select Ch. Fanfare Rusalka Chateau Margaux, Margo, finished with back-to-back AWC supported entry 5 point majors and Best of Winners at the Waukesha KC shows, 7-31-05. We are very proud that Margo was awarded a 1st Select Award of Merit at the AWC South Central, 2005.

Ch. Rusalka Colors On The Wind, Winston, completed his championship with BOW, BOB over specials for a 4 point major at the Wichita cluster and finished with a major and BOB at the Sunflower KC of Olathe.

Stanley, Ch. Rusalka Fanfare Thunder Road, completed his conformation title with three majors, finishing with a 4 point major and BOS over specials, owner or breeder handled all the way!

Tiernan, Ch. Rusalka New Fortune, whelped a litter of three handsome male puppies by BIS, SBIS Dual Ch. Sporting Fields Jazz Fest FCh. on April 22, 2004.

Ch. Rusalka New Fortune finshed on 10-12-03 with another BOB win. On the way to her championship she took BOB over specials and a Group 1 and Group 4, owner/breeder handled all the way.

Borzoi, Can. Ch. Rusalka Always Blue Skies, completed her Canadian championship with owner Debbie Quinn. Solo has had two movie "roles" and has appeared in fashion shows. She is always a big hit on the set!
